The U.S. Department of Labor recently recovered almost $20,000 in back wages for hotel employees at 16 Midwest hotels, including five located in Indiana, operated by Sunrise Hospitality, Inc. The company had failed to pay the employees minimum wage and overtime pay for all hours worked.
