Quincy E. Sauer, Partner
Quincy Sauer concentrates her practice in the area of labor and employment law and litigation. She counsel clients on a variety of employment law issues including: employment discrimination (age, pregnancy, sex, equal pay, disability, race, religion, and retaliation), wage and hour regulations, family medical leave, sex harassment, employee benefits, contract issues, constitutional issues, and privacy rights. Ms. Sauer frequently represents clients in federal court, state court, arbitrations, agency proceedings, appeals, settlement negotiations, and mediations. Ms. Sauer assists clients in reviewing and negotiating employment agreements, non-competition agreements, non-disclosure agreements, severance agreements, and benefits packages. Ms. Sauer also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and teaches a course in pretrial litigation to upper level students.
