Barry Macey is the Founding Partner of Macey Swanson LLP and now serves in an Of Counsel role. Mr. Macey is an experienced trial attorney in labor cases, labor arbitrations, employment discrimination cases (age, sex, pregnancy, disability, race, religion, and retaliation), products liability, injury and accident cases, and ERISA benefits litigation.
